The text doesn't name her, but Genesis 5:4 says Adam and Eve had other sons and daughters beyond the ones named, meaning Cain most likely married a sister or close relative.
Why That Wasn't Treated The Same As Today
The law against close relative marriage doesn't appear until Leviticus, centuries later, and the genetic risks that make it dangerous today hadn't built up yet in the earliest human generations.
